We want your OBJ STUDIO pieces to arrive safe and feel right in your home. This page explains how shipping works and how to start a return if you need one.

Complimentary Free Shipping

Free shipping on orders over $75 within Canada.

*Free shipping applies to orders of $75 or more before tax.
**This offer is valid in Canada for items ordered through our website. Taxes are excluded from the minimum purchase amount.
***Some items may include a shipping surcharge based on size, weight, or destination. These fees are separate from the free-shipping offer.

Shipping

Processing Time
Each order is prepared in our Toronto studio to meet our quality standards. Orders usually need 3–5 business days to process before shipping.

Shipping Options & Delivery Times
Several shipping options are available at checkout. Delivery time depends on your location and the method you choose. Estimated time frames appear during checkout.

Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, and destination of your order.

Tracking Your Order
When your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. If you do not see this email or need help, please contact us at hello@objstudio.ca.

Returns

Return Window
If you are not happy with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return Shipping
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If you need a different item, please return your order and place a new one.

Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a refund, items must be:

• Unused and in the same condition as received
• Returned in the original packaging

How to Start a Return

Email hello@objstudio.ca with your order number and a short note about why you would like to return the item. We will reply with the next steps and the return address.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method.

Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement. Your bank or card provider may need extra time to post the amount.
