Each piece is made to order and ships from Toronto. Please allow **3–5 business days** for production before shipment.

Delivery timelines vary by order quantity and destination. Shipping options and final charges are shown at checkout. Transit estimates exclude production time and may be affected by carrier or customs delays. Import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are the recipient’s responsibility unless stated at checkout.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please email hello@objstudio.ca with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and provide next steps.
Returns
We accept eligible return requests worldwide within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, with original tags and packaging, unless otherwise instructed. Product-specific exclusions are stated at purchase.
- Canada: $9.99 CAD return label fee.
- Selected international destinations: $29.99 CAD return label fee.
- Other locations: Arrange and pay for your return shipping.
Return label fees are deducted from your refund where permitted by law.
Destinations eligible for a $29.99 CAD return label
Australia, Brazil, China, France, Germany, Hong Kong SAR, India, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Mexico, the Netherlands, Saudi Arabia, South Korea, Spain, the United Arab Emirates, the United Kingdom, and the United States.

Refunds & Exchanges
We will inspect your return and confirm the refund outcome. Approved refunds go to your original payment method unless you agree otherwise. A deduction may apply for loss in value from excessive handling, where permitted by law. Payment providers may require additional processing time.
We do not offer exchanges. For a different item, request an eligible return and place a new order. Any store credit issued is available through your customer account.
Cancellations
Request cancellation within 1 hour of placing your order through your customer account. For assistance, email hello@objstudio.ca with your order number.
Orders cannot be modified after shipment. Statutory cancellation rights remain unaffected.
