Tracking Your Order

Returns Policy
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Please note that the customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs. All returned items must be in their original, unused condition to qualify for a refund.

- Unused and in the same condition as received
- In their original packaging
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please email hello@objstudio.ca with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with detailed instructions on how to proceed.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be reflected on your original payment method. Note that additional processing time may be required by your bank or credit card company.
