OBJSTUDIO Wholesale Account Terms & Conditions

By applying for and maintaining a wholesale account with OBJSTUDIO, you agree to the following:

  1. Eligibility

    • Wholesale accounts are available to approved retailers with a valid business license, resale certificate, or proof of retail operation.

  2. Minimum Order Policy

    • All wholesale purchases require a minimum order of 20 pieces or more per transaction.

  3. Payment Terms

    • Wholesale orders require a 50% deposit upon invoice to confirm production.

    • The remaining balance is due prior to shipment, upon delivery, or on NET ___ days terms, as agreed in writing.

  4. Lead Time

    • Standard production time is approximately 4 weeks from receipt of deposit or full payment.

    • Lead times may vary for large or custom orders.

  5. Shipping

    • Shipping is either billed separately or included in total price as specified on the invoice.

    • The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs, duties, and taxes unless otherwise stated.

  6. Account Holder Responsibility

    • Account holders must ensure all orders are placed in accordance with these terms.

    • Any special instructions must be provided at the time of order.

  7. Returns & Claims

    • All sales are final. Defective or damaged goods must be reported within 5 business days of receipt, with photos provided.

  8. Account Termination

    • OBJSTUDIO reserves the right to revoke wholesale account privileges for failure to comply with these terms or for misuse of wholesale pricing.
