Free Shipping $75+

1. Eligibility

  • Free shipping is available within Canada on orders with a merchandise subtotal of $75 CAD or more.

  • The subtotal is calculated after discounts are applied and before taxes and shipping fees.

2. Order Value Requirement

  • If your order total falls below $75 CAD after a discount code, promotion, or store credit is applied, the free shipping offer will not apply.

  • A standard shipping rate will be charged for orders below $75 CAD.

3. Geographic Restrictions

  • Free shipping applies to all provinces and territories in Canada.

  • Some remote or rural areas may be excluded or may require additional transit time. Customers will be contacted if their location falls outside standard service coverage.

4. Shipping Method & Delivery Time

  • Orders that qualify for free shipping will be shipped using Standard Shipping via Canada Post, UPS, or an equivalent carrier at OBJ STUDIO’s discretion.

  • Estimated delivery times are 3–9 business days, depending on the destination. Delivery to remote areas may take longer.

5. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 3–5 business days before shipping, unless otherwise stated.

  • Processing time may be extended during high-volume periods such as holidays or special promotions.

6. Oversized / Heavy Items

  • Oversized, bulky, or heavy items may be excluded from the free shipping promotion. Any additional charges will be communicated prior to shipment.

7. Policy Changes

  • OBJ STUDIO reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the free shipping promotion at any time without prior notice. Any updates will be posted on this page.
