Complimentary Shipping

Complimentary standard shipping is available on orders of $75 CAD or more within Canada.

Orders under $75 CAD are subject to standard shipping rates. Complimentary shipping is not available for U.S. or international orders.

Oversized or heavier items may be subject to additional shipping charges based on size, weight, or destination.

U.S. & International Shipping

Orders outside Canada are shipped via DHL Express Worldwide.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, package size, weight, and available service.

Duties, Taxes & Import Fees

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, clearance fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country or shipping carrier.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless they have been collected at checkout.

Customers are also responsible for any additional charges resulting from customs clearance, refused delivery, unpaid duties or taxes, incorrect delivery information, or failure to receive the shipment.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days before shipment, excluding weekends and holidays.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, weather, or other circumstances outside the control of OBJ STUDIO.

OBJ STUDIO is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs authorities, or incomplete or incorrect delivery information provided at checkout.

Refused, Unclaimed or Returned Shipments

If a shipment is refused, unclaimed, or returned to OBJ STUDIO due to unpaid duties or taxes, unsuccessful delivery, or incorrect shipping information, any return shipping costs, customs charges, brokerage fees, or related expenses may be deducted from the eligible refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
