Returns & Refunds

We accept eligible returns within 14 days of delivery.

Returns

Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.

Please contact us before sending a return so we can provide the return instructions.

Return Shipping & Fees

For standard returns, return shipping and any related fees are the responsibility of the customer. Approved returns are subject to a flat-rate return shipping fee.

Charges imposed by the carrier or customs authority remain the customer’s responsibility.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, OBJ STUDIO will take care of the applicable return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except when the return is due to an error by OBJ STUDIO.

Cancellations

Cancellation requests are accepted within 24 hours of purchase before an order has been fulfilled or shipped.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at hello@objstudio.ca with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

We will review the issue and provide the appropriate next steps.

Final Sale

The following items are not eligible for return:

Custom or personalized items
Clearance items
Gift cards
Items marked Final Sale

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, you may return the eligible item and place a new order.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will confirm the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method, less any applicable return shipping fee and return-related charges.

If the return is due to a confirmed defect, damage on arrival, or an incorrect item shipped by OBJ STUDIO, applicable return shipping costs will not be deducted from the refund.

Please allow up to 5 business days for processing. Your bank or card provider may require additional time.
